i love it. :icon_thumby:

and im interested to see how those coils work out!

i like it, i wouldnt paint it either, it looks good the way it is

well the ranger didn't fair so well.........

on the first run through the woods, he was doing a slick hill climb and caught the LF tire against a tree and walked the tire up about two feet and almost layed it over. And when hitting the tree the LF coil went SNAP

guess the 30 year old decided it had enough, later he had a starter problem and ended up packing up and heding home early

and the coil bucket bent way out after the bottom rung snapped, snapped just past where the coil was secured to the beam, so it was loose

very very nice carnage

the bottom of the coil snapped so new coils are in the works

yeah that was a hairy ride up that tree but after the coil broke i am now gonna just go with some straight axles. i bought a 9 inch from a town car that is coil sprung so im gonna do a 4 link in the rear and hopfully do a HP 44 in the front. still in the works of finding the front axle and supplies to build the 4 link. any leads to a cheap 44 would be awesome doens't matter if it needs gears or a carrier or somethign like that i plan on chromoly shafts and taller gears maybe 4.56 or 4.88 i love torque.!!

the truck is going under the knife again. i am in the process of purchasing a hp44 and dana 60 from a f350 so its 8 lug. so ill be selling my 33's and 35's to buy tires on 16in 8 lug wheels. ill have to regear teh axlecuase they are geared for the highway with 2.73 gears or something really low.both axles are leaf sprung so i need to get some leafs for the front but not sure what im gonna have to do.

update,

been slow and super cold here in Michigan. But hes purchased a HD D44 and Dana 60 for the rear. Gonna go leaf sprung up front. And probably 35" Thornburgs
