Talked to King yesterday, shocks are rebuilt, revalved, repainted, and on their way back to me. Should be here today, but not expecting them until tomorrow. I am taking the new wheels and tires up to the truck tonight.

Well, it still has alot of work to get finished before UT. Have to have a high pressure line made for the Air compressor, mount the CB, remove the rear bocks, get sliders made, and hopefully get some tires that do not HOWL going down the freeway.

The shocks look brand new! the valving is so much better. I can't wait to flex it out a little!

yes. I like my other ones A LOT better than these. These are offroad race tires, like you would see on a desert trophy truck. I can't afford a set of new toyo's, so i am trying to sell these, along with the tires on my 71 to help make up for the cost. I bought these for the rims, and to sell the tires. Just wanted to see how they are on the road. My analysis.... They effing suck.

so are you just want to go back to the regular toyos like b4? or you going to go to a mtr or a rocker or somthing like that?

well, if i buy new (which is what it is looking like is gonig to have to happen....) i will go back to the street toyo's like i had before, but for a 17" rim. I wanted 17's so when i go to 8 lug this winter, I wont be SOL.

I like the look so much more with the black wheels. Look F'n sweet dude. And I see you have the rear bumper off, is it staying off like mine or you have plans?

Thanks buddy! Yours is looking awesome too. I am going to order some booger green spray paint and send it to you though....

staying off, but going to build a plate bumper that fits nicely inside with a hitch mount in it. Not before Moab though. Be lucky if i get my OBA setup done. I have to get that line custom made, so if i can get that before next week, ill have it. If not, I'm fawked.

Trying to get quotes on tires. I can't handle these things. They are so loud. I hate road noise. Plus they just look ghey.

I like loud tires cause that usually means there awsome offroad but those look like they bring the suck so it's not worth the road noise
