Jeep TTB

Sweet. He needs to work on his driving, though. He drifted off the road a lot.

NIce!

Neat to see the TTB working in a none RBV rig.

Do you guys think the constantly changing ground clearance the TTB exhibits on rough terrain will help or hinder his chances of surviving the race? Just wonder if the beams will contact trail debris on compression and possibly damage it?

Cool build for sure.

i have seen this link posted several times here

My buddy drives a late 80's f250 that has the d50 ttb front on leaf springs.

Ill have to find me one, they look pretty stout. NVM i guess i should get my d35 put in first huh? lol

KOH is definately bringing innovation to this sport. This is not the only IFS rig out there. I look at all of the new steering setups like this rig has and the new D44 TTB brackets that VMS is making. I sometimes think this would of been a cool way to go instead of the SAS. I know the SAS is simple, but the TTB has alot to offer and not even factoring in the cool factor.

In 2wd offroad racing, alot of folks use or build a suspension using the TTB or twin I beam design. Its neat to see them on all different brands of offroad trucks and really cool to see this design in a jeep now.

that steering is fukn nutz, looks pretty cool, but looks like it would hang up alot

I dont think getting steering hung up will be much of an issue....those tires arent 31's with only a couple inches of ground clearance under the beam! :icon_thumby:
