I agree the Auto market is WAY over regulated however, deregulation is key.

Not out of control regulations, but common sense ones based on each individual vehicles purpose, not "one size fits all" that basically made the carburators, full sized cars with big motors extinct.

I've got my eyes open for one of those, when I find one I'm snatching it up and it's going in the Explorer... From what I understand, they switched from Mercedes to the VM Motori engine recently...
