I'm at the point where I'd rather not see all the hate and discontent over spelling. Clearly he won't be driven off, and he's getting better. It's like the bandwagon thing to do now, make fun 'o people.

That was a test. Had it been an actual grammar emergency, you would have been instructed to read pages 223-256 of your local dictionary, and write a comprehensive report on the contents of those pages. Repeat, that was only a test.

Hey, I was a product of the North Carolina pubic (misspelled that one on purpose) school system, ranked 49 out of 50 states... the governor actually went on TV during a re-election campaign and bragged he had improved education during his first term- we were at 50 but swapped places with South Carolina heehee... This was in the 70's though, who knows- they might have made it all the way to 48 by now.


But hey, several years ago ya'll flamed Boggin- he used to flip a bunch of you guys out, he got ridiculed and banned, etc. He hung in there and now is a fine contributor to this forum. I see the same thing happening here one day I hope. I always cut these types of guys some slack, as their hearts are seemingly in the right place, and they love their rangers.

several things popped into my head once i had seen two or three of his threads show up.

1: he's another member on a fake account to have some fun being dumb
2: he's not an old member, but still signed up to have some fun being dumb
3: he's like bobby boucher in the water boy and was home schooled by momma
4: he has no clue that we were actually making fun of him
5: worst case scenario. he's aware we're actually making fun of him, but comes back anyways, and has never heard of google or a search feature, or spell check.

tough love imo. i can put up with a lot of things but come on, this is ridiculous.

i have to agree here, he's probably not a bad guy hell i get along with anybody....but just like i raise my kids sometimes they need some tough love.

maybe ive been hanging out on pirate too much but still there's a point at which he has too learn.

hell i thought i was being nice for trying to get the guy to realize he sounds like an idiot and should probably think about what he is saying so he might halfway be taken seriously.

This thread was just brought to my attention.

I remember back when we use to beat up on Boggin all the time. He's even been banned on a few occassions. But now he's a normal part of the family here.

I don't know what Jammert has posted to get such a negative response from people, but we should be educating people, not making fun of them. Yes, we all make a few mistakes and do dumb stuff. I just had a moment a few days ago where I thought "Man, that was stupid. I can't believe I did that."

Hopefully though, Jammert understands that if someone posts something that needs corrected (Example: Doing dumb stuff that's going to mess up your vehicle or get you or someone else hurt), someone's going to to bring it to your attention.

This is a good turn around. Its nice to see everyone in support as opposed to beating someone up.

I will say though..I was entertained by those posts.
