Oh yeah, I know those rules well. I once got bitched out because my reflective jacket wasn't reflecting. I tried to point out that it was neither dark, nor were any headlights pointed at me, but they didn't want to listen.

I grew up in Arlington, but moved out by Middleburg 16 yrs ago. Out by 218 & 301...love it out here. Got a 4x4 but never use it. I'm afraid i'll tear it up
