There's always stripping it down and restoring it piece by piece... If its not a current model, they won't be able to just do a quick swap... I would imagine they are going to undertake this similar to a proper restore of like an old shovelhead or such... Replace what absolutely NEEDS to be replaced, and fix everything else...
