its green!!!! and dont know why

I was checking my 99 f150 today, and it needs a y pipe. Has the cats built into it. Hell of a setup. Anyways, took the sheild off to see if i could fix it, and its covered in what i would call lime green. I was wondering the same thing. This was UNDER the heat shield on my rusty cat.

Opertune time to go with true duals. The cats being part of the y-pipe is a major bonus if you want real dual exhaust, not to mention it helps keep them out of harms way.
