There is an old product called "Indian head" its a thin gooey glue like stuff from way before RTV existed. Back in my youth I used that stuff on any rubber seal or boot for my off-road toys. You put that on the boots and the zip ties won't even matter.

Silicone gasket sealer. The goo in the tubes you use to seal stuff. RTV stands for room temperature vulcanization so RTV is the "cool kid term" lol.

Honestly I'm shocked at the stuff I have accomplished. I TRUELY appreciate all the help I get here. I'm hoping to have all this front end and get my new air lifts in Saturday and Sunday then my alignment Monday so I can get back to work.

Just so you know, nothing you do to the rear requires an alignment so you can do that after your Monday appointment.

I honestly have yet to figure out who my boss is... Ive had people yell at me and I ignored them or just told them off, then I yell at people and they ignore me or tell me off. I don't know what I do for a living!!!!!
