Is there anything I can do??

I have an older lap top that I used for a few simple games and to save a few pics when my memory card was full in my camera. I havent used it for roughly about 2 months now. When went to use it it asked me for my password. I totally forget what I put for a password. Is there any way that I can use it again? Some sort of a back door? It has windows xp pro. hopefully somebody can tell me how to start using it again

you can try rebooting in safe mode ( hit f8 while computer is booting) and enterring as an administrator, then create a new user name.
