is it worth the trade?

i am thinking of trading my ranger( sig for pics) for a
1979 Z28 has 355 estimated 400+ hp and a matching Super T-10 4speed.3:73 posi rear end.

what do you think, is it worth the trade?

i get 15mpg in the truck and i always grt tickets with the truck(sometimes 5 at one time)

the insurence cant be more than my truck, can it?

A friend of mine probably has 5 total and no one would insure him, and accumulated enough points that he almost lost his license.

My 1985 G.P. titled as a V6 (really had V8) cost more than my Ranger.. Call them first and find out how much.

Another friend of mine has a car just like that with a 350 (or 355 since it's bored ) and it has tweaked the frame a bit over time. Just something to watch out for..

If it was me I wouldn't trade. I don't like that year of Camaros. I always thought they were ugly. However, if you are going to trade, I would test drive it and check out the under side of the car. See if it has any bad rust. Was it a frame off restoration? etc....

Check that car over well. People generally build those to beat the crap out of, and often don't build them well. If the car is solid mechanically and such I would trade.

Don't grow the mullet, just buy a wig.

the motor and trans was rebuilt not to long ago and the car isint bad it could use new paint but overall its solid.

Actually I think that was said when I looked at my truck... he was WRONG.

That said I would love to have that style of Camaro.
