I found a 1995 Ranger 4.0 5speed manual tranny, T-case, and lockout hubs. 150,000 miles on it. new clutch and master cylinder. With no rust for $3300.
Is it worth it???

No. I have been seeing 3rd gen rangers going for under 2500 all day long around here.

Offer them $2900. Split the difference.
Vote with your wallet, if you really want it.

Those are scarce around here, nobody sells them.
They keep them.

Seems a little expensive to me also. I wouldn't pay over 2K for that truck. But I'm a cheap ass.
