First of all let me say I am new to the Ranger Station and have found all the post very helpful. I have a 1986 thunderbird 2.3T on the stand awaiting the swap into my '86. It has been a nightmare getting all the parts for the motor but now that I have most of the parts I would like to put it all together. I am missing the stock intake hose between the turbo and the stock intercooler. Any thoughts on where to get this or what kits to buy is highly appreciated.

Btw, I am a high school student and am living on a high school budget and cannot afford to throw 500$ into the intake pipe.

also if anyone has any blueprints for lambo doors let me know:icon_thumby:

okay thanks for the advice i'll take a look at that. Do you have any thoughts on using the stock intercooler or do i have to go aftermarket?

unless you have a properly made hood scoop, the stock IC will do more harm than good.

i have a fiberglass 2 in cowl induction hood. i think it will all fit under the hood. can i run it at least for a while?

uh ebay has universal inter cooler kits and inter coolers for decent prcies i know its ebay but i got the all the piping and couplers for 50 buks shipd and i just started up my 2.3t and so far no blow aparts!!!
