So i've been pricing everything up because i'm going to be getting a chunk of change here soon to buy some more stuff for my gear swap. I'm not exactly sure which install kit I need. Should I go with the master install kit or the minimum install kit? Also, when I was pricing everything up for shipping on the TRS Fab and Off-road page, The D35 install kit says (reverse rotation) next to it. Is there any difference between the reverse rotation and standard rotation install kits or no?

Nobody can shed some light on which install kit I should go with?

Well if i remember correctly the TTB dana 35 is a reverse rotation gear, and the newer IFS rangers have standard rotation. I am pretty sure...:icon_twisted:

I believe your 99' should take the standard rotation kit. I'm not 100% though.

I guess it depends if your bearings and stuff are OK or not. The master install kit comes with everything, and the minimal comes with just shims, crush sleeve if necessary, and a few other small things.

I know what it comes with. What i'm trying to figure out is if it's worth the $200 for the front master install kit or not? The truck has 184k on it so I may just go with it depending on what you guys think. I am by no means knowledgeable on gears and axles. I know I have the standard rotation D35. When I go to buy it on the TRS page it says reverse rotation in paranthese(sp?) on the check-out page. That's why i'm trying to figure out if it's the same install kit or not?
