I went on fordfuelinjection.com and went thru their voltage and ohm tests on pins @ my computer, that says It's bad, anyone have or know a good place to get one? 89 4x4 A/T 2.9 gas/EFI ,standard cab and standard emissions. Also, this is what I did...
"key on voltage"pin#1,#37,#57=over 12 volts
"resistance from neg. on battery" to pin# 20=0.9,pin#40=0.4,pin#60=0.4ohm
voltage between pin#26 and #46=4.19volts
resistance between pin#46 and pins#40 & #60=1.24ohm
and last, with computer unplugged and key "on" pin#22 has over 12volts. Do I need a computer? or could it be something else.

does the computer run the truck?

It turns over, I here the relays clicking, I'm getting a code 95 " not enough voltage or bad ground ", cleaned all grounds and even added a couple. I have spark and fuel pressure @ rail, it will run on starting fluid then dies. New fuel pump, ECT, ACT, TFI, Cap , Rotor, Wires, plugs, and fuel filter. I have a noid tester I'm going to try today and see if that works, after that ?.

if it fires on starting fluid the computer isn't bad. Code 95 is a fuel pump monitor code. Exactly how much fuel pressure do you have?

Pull the plastic conduit off the electrical plugs on the right side between the valve cover and going under the air cleaner box. The heat from the exhaust maniflod had made the insulation hard and brittle and the insulation was off exposing bare wires.
