Image resolution

Does anyone know how to increase the resolution on an image without shrinking it? I need a couple 96x96 drawings increased to 300x300.

you cannon increase resolution, think about it. you can change the size though.

You can easily increase the size of a photo, but the quality will be ruined....

I think you can. There's got to be some application that will fill it in.

Resampling an image will increase the resolution, not to be confused with resizing.

My brother-in-law pointed me toward a free program called Gimp. In there I was able to increase the resolution with some cubic interpolation feature. I don't know anything about it, but it worked.
