You misread, the Manual trans Neutral Sense Switch has NOTHING to do
with the starter, it's about idle strategy when you are in neutral
With the clutch pedal released.

Ok, I know someone explained this to me a while ago, but I couldn't remember what it was for exactly. I just know that when I left it unplugged it wouldn't start.
