I'm looking at this welder...... can I do exhaust OK with it?


My rule with galvanized. 15 mins working, and 15+ mins fresh air.


I watch the guys like a hawk when they are working with that material.



I was young and dumb and I what it will do to you from experience.

I was only welding for about 15 minutes total. I only welded some fence post together, in four spots. It was enough to get the feeling though.

Its nothing to EFF with. I really think because of my stupidity in welding class with galvanized is why my nervous system is shot at age 22.


Every time I train someone for welding this is the item I stress.

No doubt. I was outside with a little breeze going too. Can't imagine doing it in a shop.
 
Well I happen to work in a galv plant its not the galv its self but the process of galvanizing that will get you trust me
