This is some weird crap.

When I right click to get the URL of an image on the internet, I get this:

http://1.1.1.4/bmi/www.therangerstation.com/TRS_Trucks/TRS2/TRS_2_RR_2007.jpg

Notice the 1.1.1.4/bmi/ between the http:// and www. ?

It's on any site I go to.

I have a wireless internet card from Alltel that I connect to the internet through. I wonder if that has something to do with it?

I just clicked on it & IE 7.0 says it cannot display the page. Firefox & Mozilla won't open it up either. At least not for me.

Clear out your History and delete your Temporary Interent files, should take care of it

I don't know enough about networking to tell you why it is that way, but it looks like it's funnelling your requests through that IP address, which just forwards it along and returns the response to your machine that it receives.

Doesn't appear to be any kind of exploit:

I would be curious to know if you have a proxy setup, I never seen anything quite like that. But then again, I am a programmer that absolutely doesn't like to deal with networking LOL.

Pete

Edit:
Your ISP would probably gladly explain it, that is if you could find someone with some sort of idea of what they're doing.

It appears to be a proxy configuration to me. Check your browser settings. Under most conditions, you should have a "direct connection to the Internet."
