Is your speedometer correct? I'm not sure if 31's are a stock size for those trucks. Mine is off, if I forget to add the correction in for the tires, it looks like I'm only getting about 9 mpg.

Stock is 215/70/15ish. So unless the PO corrected the speedo which I don't believe he did by driving it, I've corrected the numbers myself. I filled up and it was 13.6MPG, should hit 14-15 with OD
I also threw a 3" 40 series on it with a before tire exit, it sounds awesome!

not a bad looking truck. i almost bought that body style myself before i got the ranger....same setup as youve got there (5.2/5 speed). they are pretty good trucks...i just wasnt impressed with the real 80's-feel interior.

The interior does leave something to be desired. I'm kinda getting used to it now, I wanna get buckets/center console for it.

Well if the economy wasn't junk and I was absolutly sure that my job would be fine, I would have an 05 right now. My friend has an 03 Chevy and his uncle is the one selling the 05 GMC.
