Trolling; the mentioning of a subject on a message board purely for the intent to cause arguments, chaos or disruption.

There's no reason the president should be mentioned in this thread. He has nothing to do with the subject at hand. What you are implying has been going on long, long before he was in office and it will continue long after he's gone under many other presidents.

Truth be told, at first I thought the original subject matter of this thread was an attempt at trolling. I still remain unsure.

In these two posts the poster is making a bad joke. He is, aside from demonstrating his excellent ability to mutilate the English language, making us aware of his racist and stereotypical beliefs that the car in the pictures is

A) owned by a black person

and

B) That all black people are poor welfare recipients who can't manage their money and need to be told by the government exactly what they can and cannot spend money on since, as a race, their obvious priorities are to buy ridiculously large rims for their 80's model Chevy Caprice and do most of their grocery shopping at the Uni-Mart.
