I would just like to say...

.......try working on the ECS(enviromental control system) on an F-16....or some of the safety wire i have seen......those engineers need to be shot......trying to safety wire with .032 safety with just fingertips and just get it tight or those retard ecs clamps......it makes my hands hurt just thinking about it....and the rear pass spark plug on the 3.0L is a pain too FML

Try to change the trans fluid in a manual 1998 mustang in your driveway.

Only way we figured out that worked to fill it back up was to take the shifter off and run a funnel with a hose through the shifter hole inside and have someone below hold the hose in the fill hole. Wonderful.

That how I fill the tranny in my BII. Remove the shifter, pour it in. Thats the easy way. :icon_thumby:

You go after the passenger side spark plugs through the wheel well.

Didn't take me long to figure that out. I'm just glad that I had the swivel spark plug socket. That was a life saver.

I love swivels and extensions. That's what SHE said.

But for reals, I am still in the process of rebuilding some 1970 Weber carbs. To take them out, I needed a 12mm, 12 point, short swivel socket.

Open wrenches wouldn't do. Crescent wrenches wouldn't do. 6 point sockets wouldn't do. Other conventional sockets wouldn't do. With that tool, it was off the motor in ~10 ratchet cranks.

What sucks are the 2.3L rangers with the 8 plugs. :thefinger:

Yeah, I had to get a 7mm swivel socket when I replaced plugs on the ex's expedition. What a pain in the a$$, and the truck wasn't fun either!
