I was thinking of the cb antennas too...but unless you've got the CB...most of those I've seen are arched over and fastened to the bed somewhere because they tend to hit low bridges and branches...and knocking squirrels out of their nests is a criminal offense in some places...especially if you hit them in the nuts...
