I think it's totalled..... =[

Dakota, I'm going to stab you for that one.

I went to facebook before I came here so I had a clue what was going to be posted. I think swaping the bodies and engines would be awesome. 4X4 FTW!!

could you pop your trans in and have it 2 wheel till you found a good trans/transfer case????
Completely different bell housing, and the truck doesn't have a workable engine, it's only half there.

Yeah swapping cabs/box's wouldn't be that hard and well, well worth it.

Like I said, I'd have to swap the engine and trans. Then I'd have to find a manual t case and assembly because I'm not messing with tracing the wiring up through the dash in my 2WD for the electric one.

And I'm pretty sure the frame might be tweaked on this one, it looks like the old lady smacked something pretty good with the front bumper.

She drove it like this for months though before the engine went on her and she sold it to somebody who took some parts and was going to junk it.

I considered that, how much of it do I need?

I was going to pull the entire front end out anyway, along with the tranny, t case, and f/r drive shafts.

It seems like it would be a big pain in the ass to convert.

Well, you had me going...and I posted in your build thread to swap bodies...but I guess you've answered that one a few times...

Is the engine pooched on the donut, er, donor truck?

Damn koda, ya had me going, I thought for a minute project life support was history.

It is.

You need the front crossmemer, the big thing that holds both the engine and front axle. Might as well SAS if you are going to do it IMO.

BTW, I noticed the hub right off and figured it was the parts truck you mentioned in your breaker bar thread.

Alright ya got me.

Gary, where ya been?!!

Wanna grab lunch again sometime?

Koda, ya had me. I also wondered about the 2 tone paint job on the donor, and then thought "I guess he painted it."
