Thanks Hazmat. I guess if you want to, post up what bulbs are compatible with the 9007s. Or even if there is one. I'm sure someone will be searching for it eventually!
It is on that same link - ALL the bulbs are listed if they have a HID compatible system. Only one recommendation - it has been a arguing point before but check local laws about HID headlights. Some locales do not allow HID if the vehicle was not factory or if the housing does not have the shield that keeps light from going upwards into oncoming traffic. I know I know - everyone else is doing it, remember the quote - If all your friends jumped would you - - - LOL. Same principle - be careful and check first.
X2 on checking your local laws. i know here anyway they are starting to write tickets for it. really you would be better off getting new housings for them. that way you arent pissing off everyone thats driving towards you.
An H4 bulb is also referred to as a 9003 or an HB2
A 9004 bulb is also referred to as an HB1
A 9005 bulb is also referred to as an HB3
A 9006 bulb is also referred to as an HB4
A 9007 bulb is also referred to as an HB5
A 9008 bulb is also referred to as an H13
A 9145 bulb is also referred to as an H10
There are others that are specific to HID or Xenon - if you have them they are the same number such as a H11 or H8 or 880 or 881 and so on . . .
Just an FYI - AutoZone in my town has H1, H3 and another type - Xenon fog light bulbs. I got a set and have yet to put them in. When I do I will post up a pic - supposed to be a bluish color or at least white. I have to remove my headlights to get to the fog light housing.
