I need some help.

No not yet, but I checked the vacuum hose on it and it didn't seem to be leaking fuel. I've been searching the google on what could be causing this and quite a few threads popped up. The thing is there seems to be about 10 different solutions to the same thing so who knows.

Hey guys I just noticed something else. When I flip the key to on and the fuel pump turns on, it never turns off. Isn't it supposed to?

Edit: Also all the scanner is doing is having a constant beep. We tried using the voltage meter method and it just a constant voltage too.

Thanks for the help.

take it up to an autozone. every one Ive ever been too will test the truck for free and tell you exactly what the check engine light is on for. The second option is take it to a ford dealer, it will probobly cost u a hundred bucks but they will look it over and give u a discription of the problem and a price to fix it. If its cheap enough let them do it other wise tell then no thanks take it home and do the repair yourself.

Yes your fuel pump should shut off. It only runs for a few seconds to pressurise the fuel in the lines. if its not shutting of then u have a fuel pressure leak

Good news guys!

After searching google some more we figured it was the computer, since it wasn't giving error codes and the fuel pump wasn't shutting off. So my dad got a new one and put it in and it's been running great! The fuel pump shuts off now and were having no problems with it anymore.

Thanks for all the help and advice!
