I need help with a 351W swap

I don't want to beat a dead horse, but I wanted a fresh perspective, without rummaging through all of the threads...
I have a 87 Ranger XLT 4x4 and I want to swap in a 351W, problem is I'm not much of a mechanic, yet. I was wondering if anyone knew of any publications that are a step by step guide, from the wiring to bolts, or maybe any suggestions/ advice for the conversion that might make it easier on a newbie. Any help would be great!!

MRE Books sells a conversion "book" that might be a good starting point. I have one, but haven't sat down to read it yet. Also check out the swap info in the technical library.

I already have their book. It had some useful info, and was a good starting point, but not what I am looking for. I am hoping for instructions mostly, and lots of details, do's and don't do's, etc.
