110v ac to 12v dc converter.

I have an ATV winch that I want to use as a hoist, in our deer skinning shed, and want to tie it into a converter and then use it to plug into one of the wall outlets.

Any suggestions?

i have a warn atv winch that i use to pull engines, i use a car battery, since even a car engine is only 700lbs at the most it isn't really loading the winch that is rated for 4500lbs. the battery lasts a long time.

so +1 on the battery with a trickle charger
