Debt free for the past year, about to go back in the hole with a house. At least its a place to live, and not some CC from copious amounts of drinking.

We have about 27G is total school loans, and we are looking at buying a house in the next year, and a new vehicle.

I'm good with no new vehicle, but all we have is the Ranger and a regular cab, 2wd/terrible in snow s-10 and she doesn't want to hang on to the chevy and then find out she is pregnant AND needs to buy a vehicle b/c we don't have one you can carry a baby in.

So, debt free for now, but its sure gonna end quick.

On the upside, once I'm out we'll be making a combined 80-90G a year. Doesn't go as far as it used to, but its still a nice chunk of change for two kids both just out of school and DINKS to boot.

I have an 81 F-100 I want to make into a 4wd, but due to the fact I am in debt, although I am inching my way out all I have left is my student loan... I have found this I could get a wrecker to get it for a couple hundred
