k well iv bin the market for eather a rebuilt a4ld or ima gonna swap to a m50d my budget is 800 bucks so is there any one around in my aeria of lake havasu az that can help me out with the swap or got a rebuilt a4ld that i can put atleast 36000 miles on it or 3 years of driving or will do a quality rebuild i will compansate you with what ever i can [beeing im a jjuinor in high school] if i go the swap rought its a 1990 4.0 4x4 single cab

So did you actually get help with this or are you being sarcastic? You've gotta have a little patience, you've got a pretty specific request there. If it were me, I'd find a donor truck and do an M5OD swap.

yea i would like to get a donor truck but i just cant find a ranger or b2 in my aerea for less than 800 with a 4.0 and a 5 speed its kinda a biotch to find but thanks for the input

Well, if you haven't done anything yet, a rebuilt A4LD is probably the easiest way to go.

Depending on how much your truck is worth and how long you intend to drive it, I, myself, would be tempted on buying another truck, whether for parts or driving. No junkyards in the area that have an A4LD laying around? An auto to a manual swap is pretty involved if you don't have access to the right tools and a donor vehicle, I'd say you're better off replacing what you've got, or finding a new vehicle.
