Hub eliminator Dana-44

Is there a way, or a kit, to make a d-44 with hubs, all time 4X4 ? I just want to eliminate the hubs.

Finding a Full time 4X4 Ford is hard to do, to rob parts off of.....

Driveflanges is what they are called they replace the hubs and are a solid drive slug that is always engaged. Wagoneers are a popular truck with these.
