Im thing of swapping my tailgate on my b2 for one with a wiper, does anyone know what this would take to get the wipper to work?

Well you would need to look at a wiring diagram to run your power/ground etc. to make it work obviously. Also, if you wanted to have the washer fluid functional you will have to put a sprayer and a washer fluid tank for the rear. I have the rear wiper and i wouldnt put the effort into it personally but thats just me. Plus having a hatch that doesnt match. I hope this helps

I switched from a rear wiper to an opening back window hatch. That was better for me

id say the easiest way to do this, would be to buy a aftermarket wiper and wire it to a seperate switch.
