How to put a block heater in a OHV 4.0

*edit* For those interested the Motorcraft part number for a block heater with cord is CEH-27 (B or D, I forgot, will update tommorow)

Part number is CEH-27B

haha thanks man! I had lost the number long ago when I wrote this up.

Yeah I just got one in my 93 today, the sheet the block heater came with was printed in 95:shok:

means it was properly built well as opposed to stuff built nowadays....

My 1999 Ranger had the block heater option. It was nice! On a 15*F cold morning I'd start it up. No need to let it idle, starting to blow warm air by the end of my street. Have to believe this was good for reducing engine wear on cold startup.
