A lot of people take off the top bumper bolt and put the light stud thru the hole. Gives you two predrilled holes that are centered on your stock bumper.

Or you can drill you own holes and put them wherever you want.

Thats what I did for now,( the bumper bolt thing) , If I remember correctly, I had to open the holes up a little to fit the light studs through. When you tighten the lights down, it serves the same purpose as the bumper bolts that were there & it will be fine.

I mounted KC's on mine, but I couldn't get them angled high enough due to the angle of the bumper, I just took the adjustment base( the part just below the light housing itself that allows the light to adjust back & forth) & trimmed it just enough for more adjustment to let the lights shine further out instead of down on the ground.:icon_thumby:

Yeah the bolts for my worked just fine, i didnt need to grind, cut, or anything.

The bumper bolts idea works really well, the lights are centered and in a good location. I mounted mine behind the grill but we have entirely different front ends so for you that may be out of the question.

Let us know what you end up doing

Well i did the bumper bolts way and it worked out just fine, no cutting or grinding needed.

I put mine behind the grille, prevents easy theft..
