How To Lower An 83 Ranger?

yea ive never really looked at the spindle on the 83-88 rangers i know they mount different than the 89-97 where the eccentric is in the ibeam its self.

I want to say it is in the spindle. IIRC in the top ear of the spindle with the adjuster pointed down.
