How much power did you lose with cracked heads on your 4.0 ohv?

I recently pulled my 4.0 SOHC to do a cam timing chain rebuild. It had 265K miles on it and I elected not to do a bottom end rebuild. I did install a Melling high volume oil pump to help with more clearance in the bearing do to wear at that mileage.

Normally, I probably would not have installed a high volume oil pump, but I run a bypass micron oil filter in addition to the stock oil filter. The micron filter takes about 15% of the oil flow. With 265K miles on the bearings, I think that 15% oil flow loss could start to present a problem. After towing for a long distance, the oil pressure gauge would flicker at idle. It doesn't do that anymore with the new oil pump. It may have improved with just a new standard oil pump but I didn't want to take a chance.
