198,789 original motor, no major repairs...has typical "tick". Has slight weep off the front main seal upon shut off but she never burns any oil.

Original tranny too with no leaks.

My well maintained 2000 4.0L made it to 68K, had the famous gasket/head problem. Guy at work with his same year/motor made it to 78K. Buddy with his '93' is close to 300K.

120,000 on an 86 2.9. My dad sold his 1990 2.3 with just over 260,000 miles on it close to ten years ago. Saw it for sale right after advertising it had 160,000 miles. Damn dealers. I STILL see it around town. $6,000 truck that runs for twenty years.....freaking amazing.
