I would say dirty injectors, you need new plugs, you need a new air filter, you need to fix your throttle cable... basically a good tune up.

well im going to fix the throttle cable then start checking things to try to figure out the miss. Ill start with easy stuff like plugs and run some cleaner through the fuel system and maybe check the fuel filter again and take a look at everything else.

check ur ignition timing, the distributer might need to be turned a little
