How do you clean the seats?

the "stains" ur probably getting are from the cleaners seeping through the cloth then raising up dirt when it dries...i had the problem too ..u just have to be patient and keep using cleaner and alot of pressure with a towel to sop up the dirt..eventually your getit clean...also WalMart has this stuff...its in a aeresol bottly (the nozzle looks like the ones that are on the computer air dusters in a can and that sutff works wonders on stains.

I NEED HELP!!

I've started taking off the seat covers, I got the backrests pretty easily but the bottom parts are a pain.

HOW THE HELL DO YOU GET THE BOTTOM FABRIC TO COME OFF THE METAL SEAT BOTTOM?!?!?

I've gotten all those sharp clips out already(the ones that hold the seams). All that's left is the bottom corner, HELP PLEASE!

Did you remove the seatbelt latch? That is the only corner I could think a problem may exist.

all purpose ,terry cloth ,magic eraser, and stiff bristle brush works good on removing stains and that what my buddy does in his detail shop...

Mine had the fabric seats that stunk in the high heat from years of never being cleaned.

I took them out (60/40's), laid them out flat on the floor, and used a water powered carpet cleaner on them-I hit them twice really good.

I let them dry over night, and put in practically brand new seats. It worked great.

my driver's seat has 2 summer's worth of back sweat, dirt, and sunscreen from lifeguarding and going to the beach. every time i steam clean them, it works somewhat but i still end up with spots. is it ok to just spray a bunch of solution on there? it seems like it just absorbs into the fabric and the foam.
