home made traction bars

Hey guys im making some home made bars for the truck. I dont pound the piss out of it to hard but tell me if u think they will hold up ok.

1 1/2 inch tube 4 feet long
shock eyes from a dump truck shock welded on each end
a shcok mount welded to the rear haning strait down, for the mount
channel iron bolted upside down to the frame before it curves up towards the bed, for the front mount .
im probablly gonna them next week some time. lemmie know what u think
