High Beams and Fog lights

Is there a way to keep my fog lights on when I turn on my high beams?

1999~2000 Ranger foglamp mod:




Open the distribution box

Locate the foglamp relay at the rear corner of the box closest to the DS fender
(#10 in the owners manual)

Remove the relay and bend the correct pin as shown. Reinstall.

2001~2003 Ranger foglamp mod:

Pull the correct relay from the underhood distribution box.

Choose the correct blade and bend it over as shown.

Reinstall.

Works on 2001~2003 Rangers with factory foglamps.​

Note: This mod may be illegal in some states, especially if you also have driving lights that come on with the high beams. Many states limit you to 4 forward-facing lights.
