I have 1995 Mazda B3000 4x4 putting ball joints in same as a Ranger the part that holds Ball joints front side has something called ABS sensor block mounted around big dowel held by 1 6mm screw Question the ABS not been working in years wiring not even hook up to the hub can take this block off? on the right i got it mounted with flathead screw mess threads up like do away with if it only for ABS.

Ball joints are done the same as the Rangers.

I ditched the sensors on the axle I put in my Choptop from a Ranger, but I also didn’t have front ABS in the Choptop. From the looks of it, those sensors likely aren’t doing their job anymore anyway. Maybe someone swapped that axle in or something if there was no wiring and just never bothered with the sensors or someone gutted the ABS

Those sensors in general do NOT like to be removed, I've only ever gotten them out by destroying them, even when trying to be nice...

Not worried about the sensor hasn't worked in years just wondering if i could trash the block without interfering with anything else being ABS hasn't worked in years really have figured what block even there for. thanks for reply
