help with nerf bars

well i got some free nerf bars from the junk yard when i bought new doors does anyone have any pictures of them mounted on their ranger? Im not very sure how they need to be mounted.

I would assume they are from a Ranger?

If not, you'll probably just have to fab up some mounts that will work for your application, whether it be for looks, to support a person, or support the weight of the truck on a rock.

If they are from a Ranger/ Explorer, then somebody else will have to help you, I got nothin'...

I have some on my '98, they bolt on to the cab mounts. Check out my 'show off your truck' thread to see them on and I'll see if I can grab some shots for you soon of the attachment points.

yes they are off a ranger

I dint managed to grab a shot (I'll try tomorrow) but mine are actually bolted directly to the frame where the skid plates are. THe other alternative on my family's Dakota is on the cab mounts. It all depends on what the nerf bars look like, could you get a picture?
