Help with Lift Spindles

Do lift spindles address all of the factory alignments so that the front end parts do not see accentuated wear?

Also with lift spindles do i need longer coils or spacers?

Found Out

Three months later i have awnsered my own question when installing the lift spindle. It keeps all factory Geom in spec just drops the spindle three inches
For those like me who are new to suspension
