Help with cab mounts Mazda B3000

Hi forum
I need help with a question about a 1994 Mazda B3000 (short cab).
Where can I find factory OEM (rubber) cab mounts? Maybe there are similar ones from other pickups that can be used?
I bought polyurethane ( prothane) mounts, but they are terribly stiff...

Do you think ranger mounts would fit? Here they are.
