pattern looks good. You did not say whether these are used gears or not. Also, are the carrier bearings new or used?
As Allan said, make sure you have enough bearing preload. When I install a set of gears, once I get the pattern and specs within reason, (and carrier can be moved in and out with effort) for the final install I add about a thousand or 2 equally between both sides and drive it in with a BIG rubber mallet. Takes some effort, but I always get enough preload.
