I would check the eec power relay and all the fuses in the main block under the hood.

Try disconnnecting the maf and see if it will start. If it starts, then it might be the problem, if not then it more than likely is not the problem. If you have a stethascope listen to the injecters to see if you can hear them clicking when you crank it. if the injectors are working you should be getting a crank signal.

If the FP runs, the EEC Fuse, diode and relay are good.

"No Spark" suspects include coil (plugs and plug wires), crank sensor and ICM, in that order.

Thanks for the help everybody. I went ahead last night and put a new coil pack on it, it is better, (i.e will start now) but still not right. Earl i will try the crank sensor next and then if that does not work i will try the ICM. And as for RacinRanger, if you are like most techs i see two or three times a week, does not matter vets, rookies, than you to do spend a fair amount of time with your thumb up your a$$, pulling pranks on co-workers, talkn to your gal on the cell phone or texting, or making balls to throw at the other techs out of my grease rags. I know all this because i deliver uniforms for a living and i see guys,sorry techs pull cars in look at them go goof off for 30 mins work on the car for 15 then charge me an hour and a half to diag it and then tell me that will be 150.00 please. THAT SIR IS CALLED WALLET LOVE.

BTW VIVA*THE*RANGER. i'd hate people who have us to do the hard part and hten fix it themselves. Techs like me loose money diaging your bullshit problem for 1,0 on the clock. We make the money on the replacement. Just so you know, thanx for taking food out of my families hands because you reap the rewards of my labor. no offense but that is a dueshe bag thing to do. either man the hell up and fix it and diag it yourself. or admit that people like me know more about your truck than you do and let us diag and fix it. remember you diag and run, and you can BET that tech is not taking great care of your vehicle.
