HELP PLEASE.... replaced crank sensor, now no injector pulse

If you don't have a CA model you don't have a cam sensor. For 93-94 only ca models have the cam sensor. 89-94 federal models have crank sensor only. If there is fuel in the cylinders and it's not firing i'd still suspect a spark problem, or as scott suggested a timing problem causing a lack of compression.

-ps.- Just to be sure you don't have the cam sensor, look under the intrake manifold towards the frot of the block. Pretty much right under the ICM, you'll either see a block off plate in the distributor hole or a cam sensor. That will answer ur question wihtout doubt if you truck is equipt with one or not.--

That explains why I did not see on eon my truck this afternoon then LOL!
I looked at the diagrams in my book and the software and it shows it present but makes no mention of CA emission or not.
Thanks all data !

i got a code reading 331 with a very long pause after that then 33? I dont see anything in the chiltons book with a 331 CODE

ITS A CODE 33 NOT WHAT I PREVIOUSLY POSTED IDK WHAT A CODE 33 IS THOUGH, I read an article on the internet about another guy who had a 4cyl but it was a 2.9 and an 86 and he had a code 33 and he said it was egr stuck closed running rich but I couldnt see that hindering my trucks ability to run though but if anyone has any info on a code 33 PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!

ok so i got fuel i got spark€ i got air but wont start wtf???

thats what I thought to but all it keeps givin me is 3 beeps pause 3 more beeps

There are two digit codes and 3 digit codes...
That is an EGR valve opening not detected code.

Try applying vacuum to the EGR and see if the diaphragm moves. If it does, start looking at your wiring to the EGR. You may also have an EGR that's just badly carboned up and you can clean it with intake cleaner. I have used the Mopar CCC with good success. Just make sure you install a new gasket once you clean it up.

EGR valve won't stop a truck from starting. have you checked the timing/timing belt like scott suggested?

the way i test the crank sensor without a tester is to take it off and wave a small piece of metal in front of the sensor with it plugged in it should sprk i had the same problem with my windstar van had it towed home finally looked at it and the area around the sensor was caked in mud, cleaned with brake cleaner and it fired right up,just a thought tho.
