Nothing, it just retains the stock rad arms, and drops the corssmember down. The longer arms make a difference in how the truck rides. Handles better and gets more travel.

i think im going to go with a 4" stage I skyjacker .. how much will the front end drop ???? when i mesure it .. 1/2 "1/4??
