Help needed with wiring

Does any one know how much it cost to have a ford dilership rewire a 1996 ford ranger?

Rather than ask such a general question, why not tell us what the problem is with your wiring and someone can recommend a repair scheme.

^^ +1 ... we do have some geniuses running around here that can fix just about anything...

But to more specifically answer the question, the harnesses alone would be more than the cost of the truck...I had to get a price on the engine compartment harness for a 88 2.0 engine and they wanted something in the range of $800 to $1,000 just for that...according to the Ford parts listing at the dealership...and that is such a basic harness...

If you had an electrical fire where wiring was damaged beyone recognition or repair, you can often find complete harnesses in the junkyards for next to nothing...or maybe someone on here just happens to have one that came from a recent engine swap...
